Terms of Service
Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Updated October 26, 2026 · Version 1.1
1. About these terms
Pic Me is a sports community operated by Picmeclick LLC (“Pic Me”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern use of picmesports.com and the Pic Me services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Contact: bg@picmeclick.com.
2. Accounts, eligibility and young athletes
Provide accurate registration information, keep access credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to control. If you are below the age of legal majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Children under 13 must not independently register, connect social accounts or submit personal information; participation requires a guardian-managed process and legally required verifiable parental consent. An ordinary account checkbox or social login does not establish parental consent. If the required process is unavailable, do not submit a child’s information; contact us. Schools and clubs must have appropriate authority and permissions before providing athlete information.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Pic Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format and display that content only to operate and provide the service according to your settings, and to service providers assisting with that purpose. This does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated use of your identity in advertising. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup retention, legal preservation and copies independently shared by others. Submit only material you own or have permission to use, including necessary permissions for images of other people and minors.
4. Safe and acceptable use
Do not harass, exploit, groom, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, publish sexual content involving minors, expose private contact or location information, or distribute unlawful or infringing material. Do not falsify sporting achievements, recruitment offers, scholarships or verification claims. Do not scrape private data, evade safety restrictions, misuse APIs, distribute malware or interfere with the service. Report unsafe content using available reporting tools or our contact email. We may restrict access, remove content or suspend accounts for safety, violations or legal requirements. Contact us to request review of a moderation decision.
5. Social accounts, imports and external sources
Connections are optional and subject to provider permissions and availability. Authorise only accounts you control. Review imported information before saving or publishing it. The initial TikTok connection, when enabled, is a one-time import of available profile information and selected recent public video links; it does not transfer video ownership, copy video files or provide continuous synchronisation. Importing does not establish identity verification, guardian consent or a public profile. External links and embedded content remain subject to the original provider’s terms. Schools, publishers and creators must authorise any submitted feeds and have rights to the material supplied. Features described as planned or awaiting setup are unavailable until enabled.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Any paid plan’s price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancel through available billing controls or contact us before renewal; cancellation normally prevents future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and any offer-specific terms. Statutory rights and remedies for unauthorised or incorrect charges remain unaffected. We will give advance notice of material price changes and obtain consent where required. Do not purchase on behalf of another person without authority.
7. Podcast publishing, audio and video uploads
Podcast publishing is a separate subscription from Pic Me Pro, Pic Me Scout and Family plans, and it does not unlock any other paid feature. The first month is free. After that it renews at $15 per month (USD) until cancelled. You start it from the podcast billing panel, where the price, trial length and renewal date are shown before you pay. If you cancel, publishing rights end when the paid period or free month ends and your episodes are no longer available on Pic Me.
Before submitting an episode you must accept the Podcast Publisher Terms at /podcast-terms.html. You confirm you hold the rights to the audio, that any music is licensed, and that you have permission from any featured person, including a parent or legal guardian for anyone under 18.
Age ratings you choose
You choose an age rating for every episode: All ages, Teens 13+, or Adults 18+. An All ages episode must also be confirmed child friendly, meaning no swearing, sexual content, violence, alcohol, drugs or gambling. Only All ages episodes can be shown to members under 18. A rating you choose is reviewed against what is actually in the audio. If the episode does not match the rating you chose, it is not published.
How audio and video are stored and played
Audio and video you upload are stored privately with no public address. They can only be played through short-lived signed links issued to a signed-in member who is allowed to hear or watch that episode. Video episodes must be MP4 files. Instead of uploading an audio file you may submit a public HTTPS episode link; Pic Me does not copy that file and the original host's own terms and privacy practices apply to it. Uploads are limited to 25 MB each and ten episodes per publisher during the pilot.
Automatic screening and human review
Uploaded audio, and the audio track of an uploaded video episode, is transcribed and passed through an automated safety screen that looks for strong language, sexual content, violence, drugs or alcohol, hateful language, self-harm references and gambling promotion. When the screen finds a problem, or cannot read the audio, the episode stays private and is held for a Pic Me reviewer to listen to in full. If the screen flags an episode you rated All ages, it cannot be published at that rating. You may withdraw it, keep it private, or submit a corrected episode with an appropriate rating. Nothing is published until an independent reviewer has listened to the episode, watched it in the case of video, checked rights, destination and rating, and approved it. We may reject or remove any episode, and repeated or serious violations may end publishing access.
Automated screening is an aid, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for everything you publish and for complying with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and applicable law.
8. Sporting opportunities and AI
Pic Me does not guarantee scouting exposure, selection, scholarships, admission, employment or sporting outcomes. Verify opportunities and eligibility with the original organisation. AI assistance, where available, can make mistakes; review its outputs and do not treat them as verified achievements or professional medical, legal or recruitment advice. Pic Me is not an emergency service.
9. Availability, responsibility and disputes
We may update or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical and legally required. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for independent users’ or third parties’ conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for our fraud or other non-excludable conduct, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Pennsylvania law governs these Terms except where mandatory laws of your place of residence apply. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
10. Closure, privacy and changes
You may stop using Pic Me and request account deletion using available controls or by emailing bg@picmeclick.com. We may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention or disputes, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or email before taking effect where required. The date above identifies this version.
