For account, privacy, guardian or safety requests, email bg@picmeclick.com with a short description. Use the subject "Pic Me privacy request" for data requests. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents.

Response times: we aim to acknowledge requests promptly, and safety reports about a child are reviewed first. A dedicated support address and published response times are planned.
